Q: Can the Law Offices of Tucson Legal, PLLC assist me with _________?

A: Most of the services the Law Offices of Tucson Legal, PLLC offer are encompassed by the categories listed under the Services section of the website. Our law practice focuses on many of the needs of businesses, individuals, professionals, and real estate owners, including information, advice, document preparation and representation for business formation, business transactions, contracts, tax planning, real estate, estate planning (including wills and powers of attorney), trusts, probate and creditor representation.

Although we do not typically engage in litigation, we do provide litigation support, including strategic planning and related services. Our practice does not encompass divorce, criminal matters, or bankruptcy (however, we do provide pre-bankruptcy planning and asset protection services). If you ever have a legal need or question, we are happy to talk with you and either provide assistance or referral information.

Q: What are your rates?

A: Most services are charged on an hourly basis. However, we do perform certain services on a flat-fee basis. For hourly legal services, the rates are $350 for Charles R. Smith, $280 for Cathleen J. Henniges, and $150 to $180 for legal assistants. We are happy to discuss fees and costs with you before proceeding on any matter.

Q: How do your fees compare to other attorneys?

A: Our hourly rates at the Law Offices of Tucson Legal, PLLC are neither the most nor least expensive for comparable services. As with most things in life, you tend to get what you pay for. You should consider the services desired, the precise services to be performed, and then seek the professional who best meets your needs and goals.
